Refund Policy

Bee County Western Week is a nonprofit organization, and all proceeds support community events.

1. General Policy

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated

• No refunds for missed events or scheduling conflicts

2. Event Cancellations

• If an event is canceled by Bee County Western Week, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion

3. Weather & Force Majeure

• Events may proceed rain or shine unless safety is a concern

• No refunds for weather-related interruptions unless the event is fully canceled

4. Vendor & Sponsor Fees

• Vendor booth fees and sponsorships are non-refundable unless the event is canceled

• Credits may be offered for future events at our discretion

5. Special Events (Pageants, Tournaments, etc.)

• Entry fees (beauty pageant, cornhole tournaments, rodeo events, etc.) are non-refundable unless canceled by the organization
